    "Sandra and Jose did two remodeling projects for us. The first one was in 2005. We live on the hillside, in the Los Angeles area, and to move on with the project we needed to obtain height variance and yard variance. Just a word variance gives me chills. Jose and Sandra were with us every step of the way, they were present at all meetings, and this is the time before “the digital” age hit our city planning division. That meant going to the planning office multiple times. On-time and on budget. As pictures tell a million words, here are some pictures of our phase one remodel. So, we had a great time adding a 30x12 deck on the top of the four-story house on the hillside, we decided to do it again. In 2017 we decided to add an infinity swimming pool, on the second level of our four-story structure. Again, we had a great experience. I can talk the talk, but pictures can show you the final product. Now we're able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from a really cool pool deck and a Jacuzzi. Thank you "
